A device built specifically for hotel use
Security is a core part of the AiTithi experience — not an afterthought. Every tablet is rooted, locked, tracked and dedicated to the property it serves.
Rooted, OS-Level Control
The tablet is rooted so AiTithi controls the device at the operating-system level — not just at the app layer. Nothing outside the approved hotel environment can install, run or persist.
Whitelisted App Environment
Guests can only access approved, whitelisted applications — nothing else is available on the device. Existing hotel applications can be added where required, giving the property full control over the guest experience.
Geo-Fenced to the Property
Every tablet is geo-fenced to the property boundary. Outside the defined perimeter, the device can be restricted from normal operation — an added layer of protection against unauthorized removal or theft.
No SIM Slot, No Camera
There's no SIM card slot, no camera and no other hardware that would let the tablet double as a personal device. There's nothing to misuse, and no reason for anyone to take it off the property.
Mounted, Not Loose
Every tablet is displayed on a good-quality mount or stand in the room — presented like a fixture of the room, not a handheld device left on the nightstand.
Purpose-Built Hardware
The device is configured specifically for the AiTithi experience end-to-end, rather than repurposing a normal consumer tablet — hardware and software built for one job.
Everything above is about the guest tablet. Staff work differently.
The rooted, locked-down device is what sits in the guest room. Kitchen, Restaurant, Laundry, Spa, Bar, Housekeeping, Reception and other staff each get their own lightweight AiTithi app that runs on a personal phone or any existing device — a dedicated tablet is not required for staff, though a property can choose one per department if it wants a simpler, always-on screen.
